Orlando Utilities Commission appoints new commissioner

Florida's municipal utility Orlando Utilities Commission named Larry Mills a new commissioner, replacing Dan Kirby, whose term expired in December 2017.

Mills previously served as corporate vice president of human resources and business conduct for corporate operations at Lockheed Martin Corp., according to a news release. He currently serves as CEO and pastor of Mt. Sinai Missionary Baptist Church in Orlando.

The utility provides electric, water, chilled water and/or lighting services to 375,000 customer accounts in Orlando.
