Slovenian bank Nova Ljubljanska banka d.d. said March 16 that it commenced a search for investors to acquire a portfolio of Serbian nonperforming loans and a Serbian company servicing the nonperforming assets.
The portfolio comprises well-diversified nonperforming exposures with a gross claim value of about €115 million and a smaller portfolio of real estate-owned assets.
PwC Consulting d.o.o. Belgrade is acting as exclusive financial adviser to Nova Ljubljanska banka with regards to the sale.
