Norilsk Nickel vice president steps down

PJSC Norilsk Nickel Co. said June 5 that Elena Bezdenezhnykh stepped down from her position as vice president, state secretary and head of government relations.

Bezdenezhnykh was replaced by Vladislav Gasumyanov, vice president and head of corporate security. Bezdenezhnykh joined the management board in 2012 and holds a 0.0011% stake in Norilsk Nickel, according to the company website.

The company also announced the appointment of Interros CEO Sergei Barbashev to the newly created role of first vice president and head of corporate security division.
