Belagroprombank completes capital hike

JSC Belagroprombank increased its authorized capital by almost 428 million Belarusian rubles, with shares worth 102.4 million rubles transferred into the ownership of the state.

Following the hike, the authorized capital of the bank amounts to 1.2 billion rubles, with the size of the stake owned by Belarus increasing to 91.3%, the lender said in its May 30 filing.

As of May 30, US$1 was equivalent to 1.87 Belarusian rubles.
