Panama's BCT Bank International to offer $2M in debt

Panama's BCT Bank International SA on March 28 plans to offer $2.0 million in one-year negotiable commercial securities.

The 3.625% notes will be issued April 2.

Net proceeds from the sale of the debt will be used by the Panamanian bank to finance the growth of its loan portfolio.

The series AB offering is part of the company's $50.0 million rotating program for negotiable commercial securities.
