Cava Resources Inc. said June 14 that it plans to change its name to Gold Rush Cariboo Corp. to better reflect its focus on its gold production business in British Columbia's Cariboo region.
The company closed the acquisition of Gold Rush Cariboo Inc. in February.
The name change and ticker change are subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
Additionally, the company appointed Conan Taylor as president, replacing Brian Murray, who will remain as a director.
Taylor was also appointed to the company's board, while James Decker will step down as a director.
