Fitch withdraws ratings on Brazil's Desenvolve São Paulo

Fitch Ratings on March 20 affirmed, and subsequently withdrew its ratings for Desenvolve SP - Agência de Fomento do Estado de São Paulo SA, citing commercial reasons.
