Chinese based e-commerce company JD.com Inc. said June 11 that it partnered with Mead Johnson Nutrition, owned by Reckitt Benckiser Group PLC, to distribute maternal and baby products in China's growing urban areas.
Maternal and baby store owners in the country can use JD's mobile internet platform to place orders for Mead Johnson products, which will be delivered within 48 hours.
The platform also will help the baby formula maker analyze consumption trends and become more involved in direct marketing activities.
