Experience Co. fiscal H1 profit climbs YOY

Experience Co. Ltd. said its normalized net income for the fiscal first half ended Dec. 31, 2015, came to A$1.7 million, an increase from A$799,380 in the year-earlier period.

Normalized net income excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis.

Total revenue climbed on an annual basis to A$24.6 million from A$10.0 million, and total operating expenses rose from the prior-year period to A$21.7 million from A$8.6 million.

Reported net income rose on an annual basis to A$2.6 million, or 1 cents per share, from A$770,000, or 0 cents per share.
