Plandaí Biotechnology Inc. appointed Callum Cottrell-Duffield as its president and COO.

Cottrell-Duffield replaces the company's founder, Roger Baylis-Duffield, who will remain CEO.

Prior to his appointment, Cottrell-Duffield was the company's vice president of sales and marketing.
