Malaysia's Apex Equity names 2 directors

Malaysia-based Apex Equity Holdings Bhd. made some board changes with the appointment of two new directors.

Khalid bin Abu Bakar was named an independent director, according to a March 26 release. He had been appointed as a special envoy for the prime minister of Malaysia in September 2017.

The company also named Zulazman bin Zulkifli as an executive director. Zulkifli has more than 20 years of stockbroking and property experience.

Zulkifli replaces Lim Teck Seng, who resigned as executive director.
