A Blackstone Group LP affiliate has put the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina in Florida on the block, The Real Deal reported.
The 589-room waterfront hotel, which features a 33-slip marina, could trade for roughly $175 million, the publication noted, citing one of the CBRE Hotels agents representing the seller.
CBRE Hotels is marketing the property to sovereign funds, as well as to investors in the U.S., Europe, Asia and the Middle East, the agent told The Real Deal.
The hotel sits on a 9-acre site at 1881 Southeast 17th St. and is the third largest in Broward County, according to the report.
