Singapore estate up for en-bloc sale with S$530M price tag

The Brookvale Park site in the Sunset Way estate in Singapore is up for sale with a minimum price tag of S$530 million, according to JLL, which is the sole marketing agent.

More than 80% of the owners of the 160-unit property have agreed to the collective sale.

The residential zoned site spans 373,008 square feet with a gross plot ratio of 1.6. It can be potentially redeveloped into a building of up to 12 stories with 550 units with an average unit size of 1,100 square feet and a total gross floor area of 656,494 square feet.

The tender for the sale closes Jan. 25, 2018.

JLL national director Yong Choon Fah expects strong interest from local and foreign developers.
