* Four Winds Real Estate Inc. purchased two six-story apartment buildings, totaling 48 units and spanning 41,940 square feet, at 4-6 and 8-10 W. 108th St. in the Upper West Side in New York City from Meyer Orbach for $22.1 million, The Real Deal reported.

* National Retail Properties Inc. affiliate National Retail Properties LP sold a 6,008-square-foot Bob Evans restaurant property, on 2.7 acres at 1202 S. Main St. in Englewood, Ohio, to GR8R Miami Investments LLC for about $3.6 million, the Dayton Daily News reported, citing Montgomery County property records.

* CIM Group LP and Golub & Co. LLC jointly purchased the 36-story, about 517,000-square-foot office building at 444 N. Michigan in the Magnificent Mile neighborhood of Chicago for an undisclosed amount.
