Veritex shareholders vote in favor of annual voting on executive compensation

Dallas-based Veritex Holdings Inc. shareholders voted in favor of holding future advisory votes on executive compensation on an annual basis, at the company's annual shareholder meeting on May 21.

The company will hold such vote on an annual basis, in light of the shareholders' advisory vote and the board's recommendation, until the next required vote on the frequency of shareholder votes on executive compensation.
