Skarbiec's management board president steps down

Ewa Radkowska-Świętoń resigned as the president of the management board of Polish investment fund manager Skarbiec Holding SA, the company said Dec. 19.

In addition, Skarbiec's supervisory board dismissed management board deputy head Andrzej Sołdek from the post and appointed Paweł Tokarski to join the two-person management board as a new member.

The supervisory board also delegated its member Anna Milewska to serve as an interim member of the management board until March 15, 2019, the company noted in a separate, same-day filing.
