Radient Technologies Inc. said it is going to form a 50-50 joint venture named Natac Solutions with Madrid-based privately held company Grupo Natac, SL.

Natac Solutions will combine a portion of Edmonton, Alberta-based Radient's health and wellness solutions business with a part of Grupo Natac's existing business, including both companies' research and development, sales and marketing, and manufacturing initiates.

Natac Solutions, which will be based in Madrid, will also use Radient's extraction technologies and Grupo Natac's expertise with clinically validated natural ingredients.

Radient said the companies share a common focus in health and wellness initiatives with complementary skills, technologies and synergies to address unmet market needs.
