Elastic BV, the company behind Elasticsearch Global BV and Elastic Stack, has filed a registration statement with the SEC for a proposed initial public offering of its ordinary shares.
The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have yet to be determined. Elastic plans to list its ordinary shares on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol ESTC, the company said Sept. 5.
Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC will act as joint lead book-running managers for the proposed offering. Barclays Capital Inc. and RBC Capital Markets LLC will act as book-running managers for the proposed offering.
Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., and Jefferies LLC will also act as book-running managers for the proposed offering. Canaccord Genuity LLC will act as co-manager for the proposed offering.
