Consumers Energy extends termination date of credit agreement

Consumers Energy Co. extended the termination date of its $250 million secured revolving credit agreement with Bank of Nova Scotia, effective Nov. 23, according to a Nov. 27 Form 8-K filing.

The termination date of the agreement was extended for a one-year period to Nov. 22, 2019. The company's first mortgage bonds will continue to secure the obligations under the agreement.

Consumers Energy is a CMS Energy Corp. subsidiary.
