Bangkok Bank to issue US$1.2B of Tier 2 notes

Bangkok Bank PCL plans to issue US$1.2 billion of Tier 2 subordinated notes under its US$5 billion global medium-term note program.

The notes were priced with an interest rate of 3.733% and will mature Sept. 25, 2024, according to a Sept. 16 release.

The notes will be issued on Sept. 25 through the bank's Hong Kong branch. They will be listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Ltd.
