Hardey Resources' new board to review vanadium acquisitions, asset portfolio

Hardey Resources Ltd.'s new board is reviewing the company's asset portfolio and will reconsider the acquisitions of Nelly Vanadium Pty. Ltd. and Vanadium Mining Pty. Ltd.

The company said March 19 that it is working with the ASX to relist.

Hardey's entire board stepped down as part of a plan to reverse the ASX's decision to delist the company over its acquisition of the Nelly vanadium mine in Argentina and six assets held by Vanadium Mining.

The ASX said it uncovered a series of questionable disclosures and a breach of listing rules related to the acquisitions.
