$250M fund for Texas real estate investments launched

Noble Capital and US Capital Partners launched the $250 million US Capital / Noble Capital Texas Real Estate Income Fund LP to provide investors with opportunities in Texas real estate.

The partnership boosts the borrowing capacity of Noble Capital's network and will allow Noble Capital to implement significant structural improvements, according to a release. The fund will focus on major real estate markets in in Texas, such as Austin, Houston, San Antonio and Dallas/Fort Worth.

Streamline Funding, a subsidiary of private lending company Noble Capital, provides investors with loans to build or renovate residential housing and other real estate assets.
