* A venture of Lennar Corp. and Belgravia Group acquired two land parcels that make up the development site of Belgravia's $200 million Triangle Square apartment and condominium project on a 4.1-acre site in Chicago, The Real Deal reported, citing Cook County records. The seller was a venture of Newsweb Corp., with Belgravia paying $21.8 million for the property, according to the report.

* Welltower Inc. acquired five buildings in North Carolina from Hammes Co. in two transactions valued at $52 million, the Triangle Business Journal reported.

* Metrospaces Inc. agreed to fund the $20 million equity portion of a 12,000-square-foot cannabis facility purchase in Adelanto, Calif., under a joint venture agreement with DLBCC Group.

* Terreno Realty Corp. purchased a 29,000-square-foot industrial property on 1.5 acres at 45897 Hotchkiss St. in Fremont, Calif., for approximately $6.2 million.
