Bank of China executive director steps down

Ren Deqi stepped down as executive director and executive vice president of Bank of China Ltd., citing a change of job.

He also resigned as nonexecutive director of Bank of China's unit BOC Hong Kong (Holdings) Ltd.

The resignations took effect June 12, according to two separate same-day filings.

On the same day, Bank of Communications Co. Ltd. said it has appointed Ren president, vice chairman and executive director.
