Duke Realty's VA facility in Florida changes hands for $50M

Duke Realty Corp. unloaded its Veterans Affairs facility in Sunrise, Fla., for $49.7 million, The Real Deal reported.

Records show the buyer was Healthcare Trust of America Inc. affiliate HTA-VA Sunrise Mob LLC, according to the publication.

The 110,714-square-foot building, known as William "Bill" Kling Veterans Clinic, sits on a 9.3-acre site at 9800 West Commercial Blvd.
