Coima Res SpA SIIQ joined the GPR IPCM LFSS Sustainability GRES Index as per the latest rebalancing disclosed June 1.

The Italian commercial real estate company initially became a part of the sustainability index March 19.

The Global Property Research-managed index contains 150 companies worldwide that primarily operate in the real estate sector and have an aggregate free-float market cap of roughly US$850 billion, according to a release.

Coima ranks among the top 25 companies that are included in the index based on factors such as strategy, energy efficiency, management of climate change and water efficiency.
