GRENKE names new chairman

GRENKE AG Chairman and founder Wolfgang Grenke will step down from the company's board of directors, effective Feb. 28.

Grenke, who also founded the firm, had informed the board of his desire to not seek reappointment and will be succeeded by Antje Leminsky, effective March 1.

Leminsky, who was previously deputy chair of GRENKE's supervisory board, will have additional responsibility for the consolidated group's strategy, risk controlling and credit center.
