Main Street Capital to exit investment in software-as-a-service solution provider

Safety Holdings Inc., which does business as SambaSafety,entered into a definitive agreement with a private equity group to complete amajority recapitalization, MainStreet Capital Corp. said in an April 14 news release.

The transaction will result in the repayment of MainStreet's debt investment and the exit of its equity investment in SambaSafety.

SambaSafety offers software-as-a-service solutions thatprovide driver risk technology and information to employers, insurance,background screeners and fleet management companies.
