GWR to sell Hatches Creek project to Tungsten Mining for A$8.7M

GWR Group Ltd. agreed to sell its Hatches Creek tungsten project in Northern Territory, Australia, to Tungsten Mining NL for A$8.7 million in cash.

The company said Sept. 3 that it decided to sell the project to provide funding and to focus on its core Wiluna West Gold project.

GWR retains exposure to Hatches Creek through the 9.73% share it holds in Tungsten Mining.

Hatches Creek consists of two granted exploration licences covering 31.4 square kilometers.
