S&P revises Corporate Capital Trust's outlook to stable

S&P Global Ratings has revised its outlook on Corporate Capital Trust Inc. to stable from negative and affirmed its BBB- issuer credit rating on the company.

S&P said its rating on the company reflects the stable performance across its portfolio, which is concentrated in senior secured loans. The company has diversified its funding sources and has seen realized losses moderate over the past 12 months, the rating agency said.

The company's stable outlook reflects the rating agency's expectation that realized and unrealized losses will remain modest and that nonaccruals will remain low. It also reflects the rating agency's expectation that the company's risk appetite will not increase over the next 12 to 24 months.
