John Hancock Investments hires managing director for West Coast ETF biz

John Hancock Investments LLC has hired Neil Kay as managing director of exchange-traded funds for the West Coast.

Kay most recently worked at Lattice Strategies LLC, a subsidiary of Hartford Funds.

The company also named Nino Balduzzi as senior managing director to lead its registered investment adviser team, and promoted Jackson Fallon to managing director of the registered investment adviser business for the West Coast.

John Hancock is a division of Manulife Financial Corp.
