Report: SL Green, partner secure $195M refinancing for NYC property

SL Green Realty Corp. and real estate investor Jeff Sutton landed a $195 million loan from Singaporean firm United Overseas Bank Ltd. for its 15,000-square-foot Times Square retail asset at 1552 Broadway in Manhattan, N.Y., The Real Deal reported, citing unnamed sources.

According to the report, the five-year loan comes with an interest rate of London Interbank Offered Rate plus 2.65% and replaces a $185 million loan from the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce.

The publication could not immediately retrieve a comment from SL Green regarding the matter.
