German American Bancorp, Farmers National Banc make board changes

Jasper, Ind.-based German American Bancorp Inc. added Christine Ryan, Jack Sheidler and Tyson Wagler to its board and that of unit German American Bank.

Ryan is the CEO and chief nursing officer at The Women's Hospital in Newburgh, Ind., and Wagler is a partner at Frette & Wagler LLC. Sheidler is the former board chairman of Citizens First Bank Inc.

Canfield, Ohio-based Farmers National Banc Corp. Executive Vice President and Chief Wealth Management Officer Mark Wenick's title was changed to senior vice president and chief wealth management officer.

Additionally, Wenick ceased as a director on unit Farmers National Bank of Canfield's board.

Rancho Cordova, Calif.-based American River Bankshares Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer Dennis Raymond Jr.'s employment ended with the company and unit American River Bank.

Company President and CEO David Ritchie Jr. will assume the primary responsibilities of overseeing the bank's lending team.
