Freddie Mac priced a $288 million offering of SB44 certificates backed by small-balance, multifamily mortgages.
Freddie Mac was the loans' underwriter and is the likely guarantor of the securities. Capital One Multifamily Finance LLC, CBRE Capital Markets Inc., Greystone Servicing Corp. Inc., Pinnacle Bank, RED Mortgage Capital LLC and The Community Preservation Corp. originated 109 of the mortgages.
The certificates are expected to settle on or about Dec. 22.
Wells Fargo Securities LLC serves as the offering's sole lead manager and book runner. Amherst Pierpont Securities LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Ramirez & Co. Inc. and Stifel Nicolaus & Co. Inc. are co-managers.
