Western Midstream Partners LP made changes to its management team, including the appointment of Michael Pearl as senior vice president and CFO.
The partnership also named Charles Griffie senior vice president for operations and engineering, Robert Bourne as senior vice president and chief commercial officer, and Catherine Green as vice president and chief accounting officer of the partnership's general partner, according to an Oct. 17 news release. All changes are effective immediately.
Pearl is succeeding Jaime Casas, who became vice president and treasurer of Occidental Petroleum Corp., which inherited Western Midstream as part of its $57 billion acquisition of Anadarko Petroleum Corp. Pearl previously served as senior vice president for investor relations at Anadarko.
Griffie most recently was senior vice president for U.S. onshore field operations at Anadarko. Bourne joined Occidental in August after serving as vice president for business development, midstream and marketing at Permian producer Apache Corp. Green previously was director of expenditure accounting at Anadarko.
In addition to the appointments, Western Midstream announced a third-quarter cash distribution of 62.0 cents per unit, an increase from the prior quarter's distribution of 61.8 cents per unit. The distribution will be paid Nov. 13 to unit holders of record as of Nov. 1.
Western Midstream was formed by Anadarko, which ceased to exist Aug. 8, to own and operate midstream energy assets.
