Fitch revises outlooks on certain Yapi Kredi ratings to negative

Fitch Ratings on March 31 revised the outlooks on the long-termforeign- and local-currency issuer default ratings of Yapi ve Kredi Bankasi AS, Yapi Kredi Finansal Kiralama A.O., Yapi Kredi Faktoring AS and Yapi Kredi Yatirim Menkul DegerlerA.S. to negative from stable, while affirming the ratings at BBB.

Fitch also revised the outlook on the four companies' nationallong-term ratings of AAA(tur) to negative from stable.

The revision of the outlooks mirrors the recent on UniCredit SpA, which owns a 50% stake in Yapi Kredi's holdingcompany Koç Finansal Hizmetler AS,which in turns holds an 82% stake in Yapi Kredi.
