Three foreign investors expressed interest in purchasing shares of GetBack SA to be offered as part of its capital hike, the Polish debt collector said March 12.
The investors include Israel-based Shavit Capital Fund and Cukierman & Co. Investment House Ltd., as well as Leumi Investment Services Inc., a Bank Leumi le-Israel BM affiliate registered in the U.S. GetBack noted that its management board will start share purchasing negotiations with each of the potential buyers.
The debt collector recently said it decided to consider various potential strategic options, including finding a strategic investor or forming a strategic alliance, to ensure the further development of the group.
The company also plans to raise up to 1 billion Polish zlotys in fresh capital, with part of the share issuance to be offered to foreign investors.
As of March 12, US$1 was equivalent to 3.42 Polish zlotys.
