Verizon confirms delisting of stock from LSE

Verizon CommunicationsInc. on March 31 confirmed the delisting of its common stock on theLondon Stock Exchange.

The company on Feb. 26 filed an application with the U.K.'s Financial Conduct Authority for the delisting ofthe shares from the official list, and an application with the LSE to cancel tradingof the shares that were trading on the standard segment of the LSE's main market.
