Skanska divests hotel building in Denmark

Swedish construction and project-development company Skanska AB divested a hotel building in Copenhagen to Pareto Securities' City Danmark A/S unit for €90 million, Nordic Property News reported.

The 357-room property is expected to be transferred in the first quarter of 2021 after its completion in December 2020. Skanska Commercial Development Nordic will record the deal in the 2018 fourth quarter.

The hotel encompasses 25,200 square meters and sits close to Copenhagen airport and the Øresund Bridge, the report noted.
