Egeria agrees to acquire majority stake in Tuindeco

Amsterdam-based private equity firm Egeria agreed to buy a majority stake in Tuindeco International BV, a Dutch garden wood products wholesaler.

Financial terms of the deal, which is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2019, were not disclosed.

Tuindeco's management team will retain its minority stake in the company and remain involved in its operations.

The investment will help the company grow further and pursue acquisition opportunities.

Egeria invests in companies with an enterprise value between €50 million and €350 million.
