PE-backed Ntiva buys Lore Systems' commercial business

Ntiva Inc. acquired the commercial managed services and hosting division of Lore Internet Systems Inc., a technology services company.

Ntiva will integrate Lore Systems' clients into its own portfolio of commercial and nonprofit clients, according to a Dec. 13 news release.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Southfield Capital LLC- backed Ntivia provides a suite of outsourced IT services.
