Euronext names interim global sales head/London unit interim CEO

Euronext NV appointed Paul Humphrey interim head of global sales and an interim member of the managing board.

Humphrey, who is Euronext's head of fixed income, rates and foreign exchange, will also take over as interim CEO of Euronext London. He will succeed Lee Hodgkinson, who will depart March 30 to become CEO of OSTC, a London-based proprietary trading firm. Euronext is looking for a permanent replacement.

Euronext also named Alain Courbebaisse chairman of FastMatch Inc.'s board, a role also most recently held by Hodgkinson. Courbebaisse is Euronext's chief information and technology officer.

Gil Mandelzis will become a nonexecutive director of Euronext US Inc. Mandelzis is CEO and founder of Capitolis, a New York-based financial technology company, and founder of NEX Group PLC unit Traiana, a New York-based pre- and post-trade processing company.
