Consumer delinquencies in Brazil fell 3.8% month over month in May, according to data from credit research firm Boa Vista SCPC.
The indicator dipped by 3.4% when compared with the previous year. For the cumulative 12-month period through May, delinquencies declined 0.2% compared with the same period in 2016.
The default rate increased by 6.7%, however, when comparing the May result against the same month of 2016.
