Real estate PE firm Taurus buys Tampa, Fla., community for $59M

Taurus Investment Holdings LLC bought the 340-unit Mezzo of Tampa Palms community in Tampa, Fla., for $59 million, Multi-Housing News reported.

The real estate private equity firm acquired the property at 15210 Amberly Dr., which was more than 95% leased at the time of sale, from Preston Giuliano Capital Partners.

The seller was represented by Cushman & Wakefield, according to the report.
