Zurich Insurance Group AG's board will nominate Jasmin Staiblin as a director. The company also announced that David Nish will not stand for re-election.

Staiblin, CEO of Alpiq, a Swiss energy services provider and electricity producer in Europe, decided to resign from that position at the end of 2018.
