Mercedes-Benz Compañía Financiera Argentina SA on Feb. 15 will auction bonds worth up to 300.0 million Argentine pesos, according to a security filing.
The 48-month class 31 notes are denominated in the country's inflation-adjusted unit UVA, and carry a fixed annual interest rate that will be determined after the offering. The bonds will be issued Feb. 20.
Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires and Citicorp Capital Markets SA will act as co-placing agents for the issuance, which is part of the company's negotiable bonds program for up to 1.20 billion pesos.
As of Feb. 6, US$1 was equivalent to 19.66 Argentine pesos.
