Mori Hills REIT provides guidance for 24th, 25th fiscal periods

Mori Hills REIT Investment Corp. laid out its forecasts for its 24th and 25th fiscal periods, ending July 31 and Jan. 31, 2019, respectively.

For the 24th period, the company expects operating income of roughly ¥5.38 billion, net income of ¥4.76 billion and operating revenue of ¥8.72 billion. Dividend per unit is expected to be ¥2,720.

For the 25th period, the company expects operating income of roughly ¥5.42 billion, net income of ¥4.81 billion and operating revenue of roughly ¥8.76 billion. Dividend per unit is expected to be ¥2,750.
