Veritex Holdings exec enters trading plan

Dallas-based Veritex Holdings Inc. Chairman and CEO C. Malcolm Holland III and board director Manuel Mehos entered into trading plans in line with Rule 10b5-1 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.

The trading plans became effective June 21 and Aug. 10, respectively, during Veritex's open trading window, and will expire on or before June 21, 2021, and Aug. 1, 2021, respectively.
