FIBRA Prologis' FY'16 distribution up 10% YOY

FIBRA Prologis logged a full-year 2016 distribution of US$69.6 million, or 11.00 cents per certificado bursátil fiduciario inmobiliario, marking a 10% year-over-year increase.

The full-year distribution was equivalent to a total of 1.3 billion Mexican pesos, or 2.0668 pesos per CBFI.

Meanwhile, for the fourth quarter of 2016, the company announced a cash distribution of 362.2 million pesos, or 57.09 centavos per CBFI.

The distribution equates to 2.75 U.S. cents per CBFI, according to a release. The distribution will be paid Feb. 13 to CBFI holders with an ex-dividend date of Feb. 8 and a record date of Feb. 10.

As of Feb. 2, US$1 was equivalent to 20.57 Mexican pesos.
