Hitachi Capital buys Netherlands-based auto leasing company

Hitachi Capital Corp. unit Noordlease Holding BV acquired Lease Visie BV from M.S.J. Holding BV and Visser Beheer BV.

Lease Visie operates an auto leasing business in Heerhugowaard, the Netherlands.

The acquisition will allow Hitachi Capital to provide auto leasing and related services across the Netherlands. The Japanese company is looking to strengthen vehicle solution in Europe. The company said Dec. 1 that the deal was closed Nov. 30.
